Njrghh!

I'm in favour of a reply to the LIST if you just hit 'REPLY', and a
reply to both list and original sender if you hit 'reply all'. You can
then delete the list if you don't want the list to list-en in.

It is a group-discussion list primarily, not a trigger for private
conversations. I guess most people intend to reply to the list in the
first place, so let's keep that the default behaviour.

I will add the original sender to the headers, I hadn't noticed they
were missing.
