This describes the way gmail handled list mail before - for a "point &
click" webmail it wasn´t an issue. (Not sure, if it would annoy me if
I were using Pine)

Setting "reply to:" header seem to "force" replies to the list:
There´s no "reply to all" available, so If I wanted to reply directly
to You or CC this message, I´d have to manually copy Your address for
that.
