[sdiy] broken oberheim matrix 6r

Not sure but it was internal to the chip.

I've also seen this with some of the analog muxes in my ARP Avatar 
and an Roland Juno-106.  In the case of the Juno, it had all of the 
symptoms of a bad sound chip but was just in the control circuitry.
