SV: [sdiy] Altrium Designer/Protel

As far as i know its just names of programs, still the same old
Autotrax! :-)

I heard that Altium is gong to rename it back to Protel!!!

Well, when things comes to Protel the last stable version was Protel99SE,
the following Altium releases was anything from plaan disasters to
very expencive disasters, however that has been fairly sorted out
as they say?!

Altium is a mess of various tools from other wendors that Altium has bought.

Altium/Protel was/is famous for its non working autoroters! :-)

Im shure there is plenty of better/cheaper alternatives today!

As i previously said buying EDA tools are like buying a car!
