little keyboard and display on it - right?

Here is the problem that the eprom is quite exposed to light - so if
there was only a paper sticker on it and not a metallic sticker the
contents of the eprom were very unsafe.
As I have no microprofessor board (but I used one in school) I can't
help you direct but indirectly.
There are a lot of fanpages on the internet for this board.
And this page http://members.lycos.co.uk/leeedavison/z80/mpf1/index.html
has the eprom binary in a zipfile:

So if you still have the board you can bring it to life by programming
an eprom! But be sure to put a metallic sticker on the eprom window!
