Looks like you could have a pot or a four-position switch to select
the Tri/Saw wave:
1) off
2) Tri
3) Saw
4) Tri+Saw

Then the pulse wave simply has an "Initial Width" pot, and a PWM
Amount pot. Setting the pulse width CV to a slightly negative value
(pulse width of 0%) turns the pulse wave off.

Well, that's what I would do anyway. ;-)
