Hi,
Sorry, I had no to intention to rile up emotions with the chinese pots...
For the record, I have been to the factory myself and seen the work
conditions and employees with my own eyes. If there was ANY child labour or
mistreatment I would have no business with them. also understand these
workers support a whole family in the countryside from where they usually
come. It is a completely different standard of living we cannot direclty
apply all our western values to.
Remember almost everything you use has SOME parts made in China. Avoiding it
is like trying to suck in only oxygen molecules and filter out the nitrogen
when you breathe...
regarding quality, we did several weeks of testing and unfortunately the
engineers doing the testing are not with us anymore, and the tests are in
Korean so not so easy for me to post. But we have thouands of products in
the market worldwide that have never been RMA'd due to pots. Surely that has
some value.
OK then I'll hoard the pots for myself :)
