Hi Sam

you got a monolythic ceramic disk... it is a cap made on a single substrate.
Z5U is a pretty trashy dielectric, good only for the least critical apps 
like
decoupling.  the problem is the value... .1uF is a large value for a 
disc ceramic.

I use something like80-C412C104K5RC5A  Kemet "Aximax" Axial lead ceramic...
They are 50V X7R 10%    These are usually made of several capacitor 'layers'
that are stacked in parallel. These are axial lead... if you want radial 
the AVX
"Skycap" series is pretty good as well.
