So called "vis à agglo" are nominally for chipboard/fiberboard
but they work very well in pine. Around here, they usually come
with a countersunk head with a pozidriv slot and a bichromated
finish but they're now available in with cylindral heads. I like
them better for that than traditional wood screws (shallow
thread that only covers two third of the length of the screw) --
these are really only suited to hard wood.
