The links above route to the "Gear" and Synth DIY"
pages of my website. The gear page has some various
images of the equipment and modified gear in my
studio.
The DIY page has images and notes about some of the
synth modules I have built into MOTM format for
inclusion in my growing modular synth. Of particular
interest is the Korg Polysix Effects Module which I
have built into a fully functioning unit from a dead
Polysix purchased on Ebay. I am working to put up a
schematic of the module so anyone else interested can
build the same thing. Notice how long the module is.
It sticks out of the back of my 12" deep cabinet by
about 3-4 inches. Not pratical, but since my synth is
*land locked* I figure it works OK. There is also a
sound sample showing the various sounds possible with
the unit.
The images are quite large and may be heavy on
download time with dial-up connections, but they offer
very close images of various EFM, Oakley, MFOS and
CatGirl Synth gear. Thanks to these and all other
manufacturers for making great *spare time fillers*
for me and the rest of the Synth DIY community.
Enjoy!
Thomas
