Alas, I never got around to posting the PowerPoint used in the lectures; I 
sent them out piecemeal to the students over e-mail. However, almost 
everything I show via PowerPoint on in the video, I found somewhere on the 
web, so you should be able to easily track down an original of anything I 
show.
