The jewels and holders are readily available and in fact several people
say they have some.  I need someone with one and a ruler to measure it.  Or
better yet a set of calipers.  Not the jewel itself but the threaded bushing
in the holder...

None of the places online that sell them have any dimensions since of course
you are just replacing the one in your existing Fender, not doing something
DIY...
