[sdiy] Q: EPROM Programmer

Hey Jaco,
Don't think you will find anything simpler than the Willem thing. I 
actually built it, and it was worth the effort. If I am not wrong you 
can buy the PCB alone, and with just a handful of components you have a 
full programmer. I use it on a 486 PC and it works nicely!
