[sdiy] 3 bit A to D with hysteresis?

It's ancient (almost) and hand-drawn, but take
a look at page 4 of this: http://www.tyzack.nl/docprj/vsdschema.pdf
There's a simple 3-bit A/D at the bottom that we used in a
video digitizer, long ago.  No hysteresis though but the idea might
be useful.
