uh, I wrote that. That was the only DIY oriented column. Mostly, I wrote 
about analog synths from a techno production perspective. There was the 
  really basic 4017 sequencer article, and then a follow up article 
about how to add some extras to get it working a little better.

  Massive Magazine fizzled about 7 or 8 years ago. The office burned 
down so back issues are not really out there.
