Low K will probably be in small
values or large body sizes.

Probably an X7R would be the worst
grade of cap you could stand...

Avoid Z5U for sure

COG / NP0 are good choices

These are really tempco ratings more than
anything else... but as a side effect the
smaller the cap, the higher the K, the less
stable and accurate
