[sdiy] Banana jacks, and lots of 'em!

I saw these for sale about a month ago, so they aren't moving fast. The 
seller is Don Lancaster of the Active Filter Cookbook fame.  His online 
store had some other interesting things in addition to the electronics 
parts, like a circular slide rule for calculating nuclear (or nukular 
for some of us) blast yield.
