X-Acto knife + a couple hours of patient work... Warming up the epoxy a
little bit also helps. There is a kinda foamy material just underneath
the epoxy, so it is not actually glued to the components. Be careful, it
is very easy to break the ceramic substract where the components are
placed if you apply too much brute force.
