ahh, here's typical drive current values, too:

So ... they only drive them with 8mW !

I wonder why there are guitar amps then which parallel two systems of a 
12AT7 to drive a reverb tank ....
Without actually having calculated such a tube stage, I'd had expected 
something in the 100mW range,
at least ...

Maybe these 8mW are typical rms values, not peak level ...
