Please pardon my code, there are still some commented out diagnostic things
in the code and I still need to change some object names to more
appropriate ones and I also need to adopt a standard naming format.  

There is an MP3 of a filter sweep and 2 project zips, one for the sweep,
the other for knob twiddling the filter.

This is a single stage IIR recursive filter.  More stages may give a more
profound effect, but for now, I will probably leave this alone and see if
it's usable in a synth as is.  It appears to my ears to be musically
useful.  What say ye all?
