[sdiy] Rotary encoders for 4xD builders

Hi,

I'm going to order some rotary encoders for Jeff for his 4xD so while 
I'm at it, if anyone else wants some just let me know.

Price is £4.36 + 17.5% VAT each which is £35.86 in total for 7.  
Shipping won't cost much .. say £3 to US, £2 to Europe.
