McMaster-Carr has a *huge* selection! I actually just made my first 
purchase from them this week, but my wife spent years in technical 
purchasing (marine and aviation industries) and she purchased from 
them countless times. Definitely a source worth knowing if you live 
in the US, and anyone can use the website to help select parts (even 
if you ultimately get them from another source).
