Some years ago, i was working for a guy that built filter circuits that needed
lots of matched transistor pairs.
For the temperature, i built a fixture constisting of a thick alumium
panel that was heated to approx. 40 deg.C, and had a clip mountet to it
where the transistor under test was held during measurement of its curves.
Other transistors were put un the panel to let them slowly heat up, so that
it was no problem to take the next one - temperature stabilized within
a minute or so.
