No.
It is a pair of transistors being thermically matched up to each other.
By the look of things, I wonder if this is not the spring-reverb drive amp.
Card A is PSU and output amps (Output 1, Output 2 and Spring-Reverb) as well
as the Spring-Reverb receive amp.
It is a Mark II version definitly, the Mark I had a total layout altogether.
