Tony,
Would a small air-operated metal nibbler be sufficient for your needs?
That would be one hole to drill, and then prancing around the piece
for a few minutes (until you got good at it, then you could have it
done in under one, if you had good hand eye co-ordination, which I do
not).
Or is this more of an "There should be an exact tool for such a common
job" frustration thing?
