[sdiy] IEC punch

Others may know of one, but from my experience working with sheet metal
punching, if you have any custom punch it will cost $$$ and a lot of small
job shops just use stock shapes and sizes to punch out the dimensions of
custom size/shaped holes in multiple hits on an automated hydraulic punch
press. So I would be surprised if there were such an IEC-specific punch at
any price reasonable to anyone other than a manufacturer. However if you do
find one, let us know!
