[sdiy] CEM IC for DIGISOUND 80.. or ?

Hi,

I'm a beginner in DIY-Synth and I'd like to build my first Modular Analogue
System.
Untill now I've build several effects for guitar (phasers, ring modulator,
fuzzes, distortion-tube preamps) and I'm finishing the Mini Sound Lab (by
MusicFromOuterSpaces).

My next step would be to build a DIGISOUND 80 (starting from implementing
the main modules(VCOs,VCAs,VCFs)) because this is the only well-document DIY
project I have found on the Internet. Unfortunately, In DIGISOUND 80 there
is a wide use of the CEM IC technology that I found very expensive.
Roughly, I'd have two question..

1) do you know a well documented project on Internet (PCBs, Layout, parts
list,etc...) different from DIGISOUND 80 ?

2) do you know a cheap source for the CEM IC (see below)?

Bye
Stefano
