[sdiy] unsubscribe

Unsubbing from sdiy appears to be something special.

Earlier this year, I had problems when switching to a new email address.

After failing to unsub, I did the mail filter stunt at first, but what
actually worked in the end:

send to 'majordomo at dropmix.xs4all.nl' with a line:
  unsubscribe synth-diy

I know I did this as a first try, but it won't work back then.
When I retried a couple of weeks ago, I got a confirmation very soon
after, and no more sdiy mail on the old account ever since.

Maybe the Major isn't willing all the time...
