i used proma housing profiles for 19'' technology, euroformat. they will 
deliver every width you want, from 2TE up to (n-1)TE... they are supplier 
for dopefer, too. call them and they will send you a pricelist. if you 
want a custom width (they sell 50TE and 84TE off the shelf, as i recall), 
you'll have to ask them for the according price.
you'll only need a screwdriver:
