[sdiy] please help me identify this resistor

hi all,

trying to fix my tr 707.
there is one nonworking resistor in the power section, its R49 (right 
after the power jack).
problem is: i dont know what kind of resistor it is (or if it is a 
resistor at all...)
it is all white (looks quite ceramic to me), much larger than any other 
resistor in there, and has no markings.
in the schematics it is labeled as "*2.7 FRNB*"
so - what is it and with what can i replace it?
