No, his objections came before the theory was extensively tested.  He 
didn't live long enough for that.  People still study the foundations of 
quantum mechanics, but I don't know of anyone in physics who questions 
special relativity.

Always healthy to be skeptical.  But given the performance and reputation 
of the two parties, I'm heavily prejudiced towards BB.
