Don't see that as well. Unless those figures were forged. :-P (Taken 
note that he is mainly interested in audio and doesn't give anything 
about DC specs.)
If anything this shows that there is also some subjectivism (you can 
call that marketing) in datasheets. Things like claiming "drives 600 
ohms" and then giving distortion specs for 2k loads. Or that you can pay 
money for specs that you're not actually going to use. (Like yummy DC 
specs for audio circuits...)
