OK - before I read the project but after reading its description I have to 
ask: Why do you need to use an FET to force an op-amp into Class A operation 
when you can just do it with a resistor? Read the datasheet for Mistubishi's 
M5223 op-amp and they will show you how, along with a reason why the M5218 
(a fine op-amp in my opinion) is already doing it on its own.

I guess it depends on what op-amp they're using. Maybe one with good DC 
specs, but poor AC ones?
