[sdiy] Digital VCO web page available

The PSoC-based digital VCO is now prototyped, documented and available 
on the web at the following URL:

Photos, sound samples, documentation (source code and schematic) and 
theory of operation.

The latest features since last week's update are:

* Hard Sync: Negative-edge triggered reset of the NCO phase accumulator. 
Interesting effect!
* 8th waveform: Ian's double-pulse. Since I don't have pwm on this VCO, 
it's fixed at a 1/8 duty cycle.
