   I refer to this waveform as a Tangent wave, since if you look at a
mathematical tangent plot, it has that exact shape.

   The inverse of the above is pretty much a sine wave.

   On my modular VCO, I have waveshapers that make the Sine and Tangent
waveforms from the Triangle wave.  And basically the difference between
the two is the inversion of the shaping signal.  My version uses an OTA
for the waveshaper and is driven by a fullwave rectified triangle.

   Having the extra waveforms is definately nice!
