What's unique about the double pulser is that it can produce antisymmetric 
narrow pulses.  This gives you odd harmonics only, like square or tri, but 
with high harmonic content.  No other traditional waveform gives you 
this.  The sound is both hollow and buzzy.  Bergsdorf has some clips 
on  his site.

I have two variations of this waveshaper in my system.  Both have VC pulse 
width (modulated together). Additionally, one has modulation of  of the 
relative amplitudes of the pulses and the other has modulation of the 
relative pulse position.  The second one also has a switch to choose 
between two positive pulses and one pulse positive and the other negative.
