[sdiy] Vacume forming recommendation in england?

It all really depends on what material, the temputure and amout of vacuum 
you use. I design vacuform (as well as injection) tool molds for aftermarket 
motorcycle seats that use quite thick (i.e. 3 and 4mm) and strong plastic. 
As a matter of fact Ive been toying with the idea of designing a 50s mod 
style case for some modules ive been building. unfortunatly im across the 
pond.
