I just ordered mine from Sweetwater and got an email this morning 
that they are out of stock.  He'll let me know when he gets an 
ETA.  I also saw that bhphoto was out of stock.

No idea.  It's just three passive resistor dividers (I 
think).  However, some code and a $3 AVR processor can make it do anything.
