I assume this is the ribbon portion of their Expressionmate. The Expressionmate ribbon is three independent ribbons that the controller either uses as separate ribbons or pieces back together for a continous ribbon. There are discontinuities at the crossover. They're pretty minor, though, although this is a function of the controller. I can't remember the resistance of each section. They are all the same. Basically the ends of the 'potentiometers' are common and the three 'wipers' are brought out for a total of 5 connections. It would be easy to use this as three separate ribbons. I might just buy one and interface it to my PSIM. It should easily be able to piece the segments back together.
