A datasheet would be great if you can find it. Neil Johnson has offered to
add my M112 data to the other M*** stuff on his website and I'm sure it's
the more the merrier.

Nothing too exciting; it's an 8x12 crosspoint analogue switch. Actually
still in production at Zarlink as the MT093 - datasheet available from
there.
