True, the power pins are common....
but it's not a problem, that I have ever seen.
One thing, though... if one or both of the input pins, 
or the bias control pin, is in some way dependant on 
a current that is indirectly derived from the power rails,
there is no noise immunity from power rail noise
(unless you design for it, of course).
