[sdiy] Minimoog Oscillator Works/MCV628 problem

Well I have my clone oscillator working now. It started out with only one
oscillator working but after some examination I found a couple of broken
traces. I fixed those and I had all three oscillators going. I need to
change a few incorrect values in Eagle and then I'll post the files.

I still havent been able to really try the board out yet though as my MCV628
doesn't work.  I apply the power to it, and the led blinks three times,
which tells me the pic is working. I hit the keys on my keyboard and the led
flashes so its processing midi commands. But all i get out the other end is
a constant -10V. Has anyone else built one and had this problem?
