Yes, it does.. the positive has a +s the neg has a -S and the ground  has both.  When I got my PS they were all connected.. like the +  and +S are wound together w/ bare wire, - and -S wound together, and  ground and the +S, -S are all wound together.  Its some thick  guage wire and its all soldered in place.   I just left it  that way.

Does the supply have sense (+S and -S) terminals?  If so, are they connected?
