This http://www.smooth-on.com/urethanes.asp  places looks ideal. Some of
their products are intended for a variety of purposes like the special fx
industry.  I have e-mailed them to ask which product they recomend.

Also they have trial versions of all their products for very reasonable
prices (2 gallons of urethane should be mroe than enough to a bunch of
keyboards and it only cost $22!)
