I've managed to get clean 10 mil traces with PNP, but not with
(expensive) blue foil. I just used normal paper. Well, some "thick and
shiny" paper actually. Tried 3 types of paper before I coud find one
that peeled off ok. I soak it in water for 10-20min. The paper also
tends to expand when heated, so alignment on a 2-sided board proved
quite hard (less than 1mm error though). Board needs to be very clean.
Don't ask me what type of paper I used, I don't know, a friend gave it
to me, he bought it years ago.
