The Burr-Brown REF-102 another good one... but looks like TI hasn't
continued to mfr it. Also National LH0070. The National LM199 is nice and
stable (internally heated) but the initial tolerance is around 2 percent.
Maxim or LT  has that weird ref chip that is based on flash memory cell
techniques and "charged up" to exact voltage at the factory.
