[sdiy] Final VCA

I used this for my final VCA.  I have it wired up to a pedal (just 
got to have a volume pedal), and incorporated a master output control 
(since I'm driving 600 watts), remote turn-on for the power amp, and 
AC coupling.  Works great.  I did use the Charlie Lamm pcb.
