Without access to calibration equipment
I would go with the Beckman & RS.
Because, it is reasonable to expect a meter
that cannot be calibrated to be within its stated accuracy,
but a meter that CAN be calibrated MIGHT be anywhere!
Further, if you got the Fluke & the Keithley from an
unknown source, they might have failed calibration
at some govt facility & nobody could be bothered to
fix them!
