[sdiy] Jim's mixer plans and THAT chips

I ordered them several years ago...direct from THAT...they are actually 
pretty nice to deal with.  They prefer to sell a minimum of 100 parts...but 
I got the impression that as long as you purchased a complete tube (25), 
they are pretty amenable...
