[sdiy] HA1457 Equivalent?

Hi List,

I'm trying to track down an equivalent for a SIP op amp (may be an audio preamp?).  I can't find any datasheet for it, even the NTE equivalent datasheet has eluded me.  I was just wondering if anyone knows the vital statistics for it or if they've used an equivalent (doesn't have to be SIP).
